The National Cancer Institute's advisory board, just days after the American Cancer Society's announcement of similar guidelines, has recommended regular mammograms for women between the ages of 40 and 49. The President promises to seek coverage to provide the mammograms for women who can't afford them. NPR's Joanne Silberner has a report.
