U.N. Seeks Access To Tamil Refugees
As the government of Sri Lanka celebrated the end of a decades-long civil war against the Tamil Tigers, aid groups and the U.N. appealed for access to some 280,000 displaced Tamils. UNICEF spokesman James Elder talks with Melissa Block about the refugee crisis.
