Clinton Heads for N.H.

NPR's Mara Liasson previews President Clinton's trip to New Hampshire today, where he'll talk about possible tax credits for long-term health care and then attend a major Democratic Party fund raiser. Today is the seventh anniversary of his second place finish in the 1992 New Hampshire fund raiser, which he cited as proof that he was `the Comeback Kid.'
