Angola's Civil War

NPR's Charlayne Hunter Gault reports that war is revisiting Angola. The nation has been in conflict for nearly all of the twenty years it has been independent from Portugal. While the government of Angola signed a peace accord with rebel Unita forces in 1994, the accord has been more or less abandoned, once again leaving Angola in chaos.
