Young Guns

A new report by the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms show that many guns used in crimes are bought legally, and then handed over to young people or criminals. The report is likely to embolden cities trying to hold gun manufacturers accountable for crimes committed with guns that have fallen into the wrong hands.
