Riverside Shooting

Residents in the city of Riverside, California are still waiting for answers about a notorious police shooting nearly two months ago. In late December, a 19-year-old black woman, Tyisha (Tye-EE-sha) Miller was shot and killed by Riverside police officers as she lay in her disabled car. City officials have so far released very little information about the incident, leading to suspicions in Riverside's black community, and among national African-American leaders. NPR's Andy Bowers reports.
