NPR's Michael Sullivan reports that for the first time in more than a decade, an Indian leader is paying a visit to archrival Pakistan. Prime Minister Atal Bihari Valpayee didn't take a private jet or a motorcade of luxury cars to Pakistan, instead he chose to ride along on the innaugaral run of the new bus service between the two countries.
