Back To Business?

Throughout the year-long Monica Lewinsky scandal, President Clinton and Democrats in Congress have said they longed to get back to doing the public's business. Some analysts have wondered if Congress can simply return to normal business after trying to throw out the chief executive. NPR's Peter Kenyon reports.
