If Serbs and ethnic Albanians cut a peace deal at talks in Paris, President Clinton might be willing to commit US forces to Kosovo. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright is heading there today to get a progress report on a possible deal. A decision is due this weekend whether to continue for a second week. Sara Chayes reports.
