Nigerian Elections

NPR's Charlayne Hunter-Gault reports that as Nigeria prepares for what the people hope will be the historic February 27 presidential elections, all eyes are on the military, which has ruled the country for all but ten years of independence. The generals have broken many past promises to step aside; will this time be any different?
