Calif. Convention

NPR's Steven Rosenfeld previews this weekend's California Republican Party Convention in Sacramento, which a half-dozen Presidential hopefuls will attend. California has become more important than ever to the nominating process now that it has moved its primary election up to early March. Analysts will be watching this weekend's convention for signs of early candidate strength.
