Government Takeover Improves Living Conditions

Reese Erlich reports from San Francisco on improved living conditions at the Sunnydale Housing Development since the federal government took over management of the troubled project in 1996. Along with improvements to the buildings, apartments, and grounds, community policing has helped make the neighborhood safer for residents.
