Liane talks with two professors of law about the debate over the renewal of the Independent Counsel law. Jeffrey Rosen of the George Washington University Law School and Mimi Wesson of the University of Colorado Law School discuss the pros and cons of renewing the law and how the Office of the Independent Counsel has been affected by Kenneth Starr's long-running and expensive investigation of President Clinton.
