Recreating Selma

A congressional delegation spent the weekend in Alabama - touring key sites important in the civil rights movement. The trip culminated in Selma, where members of Congress marched in yesterday's annual reenactment of the voting rights march. The trip was sponsored by the Faith and Politics Institute in an effort to spark a racial dialogue among members of Congress. NPR's Debbie Elliott joined the representatives on their trip.
