Rebels in Colombia Admit to Killing American Hostages

Quil Lawrence reports from Bogota that Colombia's leading Marxist rebel group, the Revolutionary Armed forces of Colombia (FARC), admitted yesterday that its fighters kidnapped and murdered three American activists whose bodies were discovered in Venezuela last week. The group says it will prosecute the killer within its own justice system, but the incident has jeopardized peace talks between the government and the rebels.
