Medicare Reform

NPR Joanne Silberner reports that a bipartisan commission set up by Congress to write a new blueprint for Medicare has failed to come up with the votes needed to send the proposed legislation to the House and Senate. Medicare has never been easy to change, as previous attempts at reform bear out.
