20 Years Of C-Span

In 1979, Brian Lamb started a new public affairs programming network for cable TV called C-SPAN. It began televising the daily proceedings of the House of Representatives. Twenty years later, it has changed both politics and journalism. NPR's Mary Ann Akers reports.
