U.S. Trade Dispute

NPR's Larry Abramson reports that European and American trade negotiators are trying to solve a dispute over privacy issues. A disagreement arose after the European Union passed a strict privacy directive on consumer information. At stake is billions of dollars of trade between the U.S. and Europe that depend on the free flow of information.
