Computer Help

NPR's David Molpus profiles computer software help desk workers who toil at the end of the phone lines with frazzled consumers. These jobs are among the hardest to keep filled in today's tight labor market. Recent figures put the annual turnover rate at about 75 percent. One reason for the fast exit is the stress that comes from dealing with callers suffering from "computer rage."
