Praise for Grizzly Bear's new album started several months before its release date.

May 31, 2009 - Singer-songwriter Brian Wilson called his compositions for the Beach Boys' album Smile "a teenage symphony to God."

Rolling Stone reviewer Christian Hoard had a similar feeling about Grizzly Bear's new song "Two Weeks": "The gorgeous choral harmonies sound like a teenage symphony to God, as conceived by Radiohead-loving postgrads."

The song is on Grizzly Bear's new album Veckatimest, named for an island off the coast of Massachusetts. Band members Edward Droste and Daniel Rossen discussed the album with host Jacki Lyden.
