Bombing Reports

NATO planes and missiles struck targets around Yugoslavia for a third day yesterday. Serbian leaders charge the NATO attacks are hitting civilian targets, including a factory near Belgrade which they say released toxic fumes. NATO insists it is targeting only military facilities. NPR's Andy Bowers reports.
