NPR's Ted Clark reports on the latest from the White House with regard to the bombings in Yugoslavia. While the administration is relieved that the American Pilot downed in Serbia yesterday was rescued, they also warned of future casualities and faced growing questions about the efficacy of the NATO bombing campaign.
