Clinton's Address

NPR's Mara Liasson reports on President Clinton's Oval Office address last night to the American people. The President explained the reasons why the US had joined NATO air strikes. He used maps to show Americans where Kosovo is and stressed the importance of immediate intervention before the war spreads through other parts of Europe.
