Kosovo - Migs Down

Sarah Chayes reports from NATO headquarters in Brussels that allied forces downed two Yugoslav MIG fighter jets over Bosnia today, and captured their pilots. That was just one indication of a widening conflict in the Balkans, where NATO has launched air strikes against the forces of Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic. NATO is trying to force Milosevic to support a plan to end the civil war in the province of Kosovo.
