NPR's Mike Shuster reports small but significant rifts opened today within NATO, highlighting the extreme sensitivity in Europe of NATO attacks on Yugoslavia. Greece called for a resumption of political negotiations and Italian leaders hinted they held that view as well. Both nations also are worried about deteriorating relations with Russia, whose resolution opposing the NATO attacks failed today in the UN security Council.
