Calls for Ground Troops

Sarah Chayes reports from Brussels on the latest news from NATO headquarters. Air raid sirens sounded again this morning in Belgrade after a fifth night of bombing. State officials in Albania and Macedonia are calling on NATO to put troops on the ground in Kosovo to stop the Serb offensive against ethnic Albanians. NATO maintains it has no plans to use ground troops.
