Kosovo Refugees in Albania

NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports on the flood of refugees in Albania. Hundreds of thousands of ethnic Albanians continue to pour out of Kosovo. Many of them have fled to Albania which shares a long common border with the southern Serbian province. Aid workers say nearly 80-thousand refugees have entered the country in recent days — another 100-thousand are en route. Albania is Europe's poorest nation and is likely to be overwhelmed by the influx.
