Reactions to NATO Strikes

NPR's Anne Garrels reports on reaction to the NATO air strikes from other European capitals. The attacks mark a shift in NATO policy the first attack on a sovereign state in NATO history. The NATO bombing drew immediate opposition from China and provoked a furious reaction from the Russians. The European Union has managed a united front but opinions vary from wholehearted support for the attacks to more muted backing and concern.
