U.S. Kosovo Policy

NPR's Ted Clark reports on US policy toward Kosovo. NATO is now beginning the second week of a bombing campaign that resulted from a miscalculation of diplomacy. After threats failed to make Slobodan Milosevic accept a peace plan, Western leaders were forced to make war.
