Nato - Kosovo

Sarah Chayes reports from NATO headquarters in Brussels that the alliance is not likely to be impressed by the proposals made today by Slobodan Milosevic after his talks on the Kosovo crisis with Russia's Prime Minister. NATO is continuing its airstrike campaign against Yugoslavia. But NATO officials say Serb troops are now being assigned to civilian areas, making it more difficult for NATO planes to target them.
