Kosovo - Nato

Sarah Chayes reports from NATO headquarters in Brussels that Allied pilots now can strike at an expanded range of targets. NATO says no Yugoslav facility is safe from attack any longer. NATO says low-level attacks have been complicated by poor weather and targets too near Kosovo's Albanian civilians.
