NPR's Mandalit DelBarco reports on the closing of the Sherman Oaks Galleria. The shopping mall, in southern California's suburban San Fernando Valley became the Mecca of the "Valley Girl." The teenaged girls developed their own lingo, which was parodied in a famous collaboration between musician Frank Zappa and his daughter Moon Unit.
