After years of civil war, Liberia is struggling to rebuild. But this effort is hampered socially, as well as economically. It is estimated that three-quarters of the soldiers in the conflict took drugs, creating thousands of drug addicts. NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports on how Liberia is trying to cope.
