Ground Troops

NPR's Tom Gjelten talks to host Noah Adams about the latest developments in the Kosovo conflict. NATO says its forces bombed a Belgrade home of Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic today, but NATO and U-S officials say it was not an attempt to kill Milosevic. Also, the British and U-S governments clarified their positions on what circumstances would permit the use of NATO ground forces against Yugoslavia.
