NPR's Julie McCarthy reports NATO Supreme Commander General Wesley Clark warned Yugoslavia that the damage that it has suffered in five weeks of bombing was but a fraction of what it would suffer if it would not bow to NATO demands. Clark said that NATO would not lose the war and that Serbian leader Milosevic would never be allowed to win it.
