Kosovo Poll - A Moral Obligation

A new survey by NPR, the Kaiser Family Foundation and Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government found that a sense of moral obligation is the main reason most people support the current NATO operation in Kosovo. NPR's Pam Fessler reports.
