Hitting the Road in High Style
STEVE INSKEEP, host:
Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep with the automotive news.
An Oregon company is selling the Rhapsody. It's an RV the size of a bus, with two bathrooms, four TVs, and an engine that can hit 100 miles-an-hour. It's only $1.2 million. You'd pay less for a golf cart that is modeled after a Cadillac Escalade. It's a mere $14,000, but that could turn out to be a cheap way to hit the highway with a caddy, because some communities now allow golf carts on the roads.
It's MORNING EDITION.
