NATO Summit

NPR's Mara Liasson reports live from the NATO summit in Washington, DC. While the 50th anniversary summit of NATO was originally intended as an opportunity to celebrate the past and plan for a future without NATO's traditional enemy, the Soviet Union, the summit instead has become a war council. This morning, NATO leaders will hold a 3-hour session on Kosovo.
