Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Sylvia Poggioli with the latest from Belgrade where NATO strike reportedly knocked out Serbian TV channels. Former Russian Premier Viktor Chernomyrdin held daylong talks with Slobodan Milosevic in Belgrade and later said that Milosevic now accepts the idea of some "international presence" in Kosovo.
