NATO Summit Sponsors

NPR's Peter Overby reports that dozens of corporate sponsors have contributed eight million dollars to help defray the cost of hosting the NATO summit. The U.S government is paying the rest of the bill — 15 million dollars. The companies have given cash, goods and services for the right to be called the "NATO Host Committee." Critics say the U.S is selling access to government officials.
