NATO Discussions

NPR's Mike Shuster reports on the nature of the discussions that NATO leaders will hold as they meet in Washington to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Atlantic Alliance. The month-long military campaign against Yugoslavia is expected to dominate those discussions, specifically, whether ground troops should be deployed in Kosovo.
