Schizophrenia

NPR's Joe Palca reports on a study linking schizophrenia with a genetic component in DNA. It's not a new idea--scientists have been studying it for a decade at least--but now the focus is on families where schizophrenia occurs more frequently. The families are Ashkenazi Jews, and they are not united in their support for the study.
