RENEE MONTAGNE, host:
Good morning. I'm Renee Montagne. The cola wars are back, this time in Japan. Next week, a green tea flavored Coca-Cola will hit Japanese stores. The drink contains antioxidants and is geared toward young, health-conscious women. Coca-Cola is a leader in the Japanese market. And not to be outdone, Pepsi plans on rolling out a Japanese Pepsi Shiso later this month. It features the flavor of Japanese basil.
It's MORNING EDITION.
