Russian Play

Alex Van Oss takes us to Washington DC, where a theatre group from Moscow is finishing up a production based on the classic Russian novel "Dead Souls" by Nikolai Gogol. The play is called ""A Hotel Room in the Town of N.N." — but instead of condensing the whole book for the stage, this THEATER version takes just a few episodes from the novel, and magnifies them . The play has won awards and rave reviews in Russia and Europe.
