Ireland Peace Process

NPR's David Molpus reports on the Northern Ireland peace agreement one year after the Good Friday Peace Accord. The peace process has been in danger of unraveling. The main stumbling block concerns the refusal by paramilitary groups, particularly the Irish Republican Army, to disarm.
