NATO & Yugoslavia

Host Bob Edwards talks to NPR's Tom Gjelten about the latest diplomatic and military developments in the conflict between NATO and Yugoslavia. The indictment of Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic by the UN War Crimes Tribunal and the intensified bombing of Belgrade and other cities may be signs that NATO is giving up on the possibility of successfully negotiating with Milosevic.
