Cox Report

This week the Cox report arrived on Capitol Hill, accusing the Chinese of old-fashioned spywork. News of the Cox investigation triggered a tightening of export regulations two months ago. Satellite builders say the new restrictions are crippling the $66 billion industry. NPR's David Kestenbaum reports.
