Police Violence

Faced with testimony from his fellow cops, New York Police Officer Justin Volpe plead guilty this week of violating the civil rights of Abner Louima in 1997, after maintaining his innocence for over a year. Scott talks about the "blue wall" with Jack Fyfe, a criminologist at Temple University and a veteran of the New York Police Department.
