Yugoslavia - Peace Talks

NATO and Serbian generals are meeting on the Kosovo-Macedonian border to discuss an end to the war that has ravaged much of Yugoslavia. This is the first face to face meeting of NATO and Serbian officials since the NATO bombing began on March 24th. NPR's Melissa Block reports from Blace, Macedonia.
