Stewart O'Nan: 'A Prayer for the Dying'

Daniel Zwerdling talks with Stewart O'Nan, author of A Prayer for the Dying. The novel tells the story of a small-town sheriff in post-Civil War Wisconson who faces a series of horrible tragedies, not the least of which is a diptheria epidemic that comes to his town and which he finds that, despite all of his best efforts, he cannot control.
